We can deliver your vehicle to your home, meet you curbside at arrivals, arrange a smooth handoff, or drive you home if you’d rather not navigate the airport chaos. We can also park it somewhere and leave the keys in a safe place. Let us know and we’ll make it happen.

How We Do It

 

  • Just fill out our online form for a free quote. Or feel free to call/email us.

  • You choose the time and place, and we’ll be there. Whether you prefer a handoff at your front door, curbside at the airport, in a parking lot, or anywhere else that works for you, we’ll coordinate the pickup and delivery around your plans. We’re flexible, adjusting to schedule changes or flight delays so everything stays on track.

  • Your booking is secured with a 50% deposit. Two weeks before your pick-up date, the remaining balance is due.

    We accept credit & debit cards as well as e-transfer.

  • Before we take your vehicle, make sure it’s in good working order. Top up fluids and check the tires etc. Load up the car with your stuff making sure you stay within legal limits for alcohol, tobacco etc.

    You’ll fill out a simple U.S. Customs form (CBP 3299) to list what’s riding in the car without you. Once we have that, plus your ID and vehicle info, we’ll handle all the customs stuff so everything goes smoothly.

  • One of our friendly drivers will pick-up your vehicle and deliver it to your southern destination, driving with care every mile. You’ll also get access to GPS tracking so you’ll know exactly where your car is throughout the journey.
